Saturday 6th June – Formal Dinner
Venue: Marriott Hotel, Broughton, Preston, PR3 5JB

Dinner served 7.30pm
Members and partners are warmly invited to celebrate the 150th Anniversary of the Association at a formal dinner.
The evening will include a 3-course dinner, speeches and the opportunity to celebrate 150 years of ringing fellowship across Lancashire.
Please select your menu option when booking.
We look forward to celebrating this important anniversary together. Please complete name of all guests to enable a seating plan to be completed.
Please choose Main Menu or Vegetarian/Vegan/Gluten Free and add any food allergies.


MENU A (Standard)
Starter: Shaved chicken salad, grapes, chives, crème fraiche
Main: Roast fillet of pork, air dried ham, roast leeks, apple sauce compote with dauphinoise potatoes
Sweet: Lemon brulee tart with berry compote

MENU B (Vegetarian)
Starter: Roast tomato and basil soup with thyme croutons
Main: Mushroom, Artichoke and Sage Risotto
Sweet: Lemon brulee tart with berry compote

Wednesday 10th June – Past and Present Officers Peal
Venue: St Laurence Church, Chorley, PR7 1EB
Any other ringing to be dedicated to the celebration of the 150th Anniversary.

Saturday 13th June – Celebration Service
Venue: St Laurence Church, Chorley, PR7 1EB
There are three tower routes planned depending on where members are travelling from.
a Routes from the North: Churchtown, Bilsborrow and Broughton towers will be available
b Routes from the East: Horwich, Blackrod and Adlington
c Routes from the South: Rainford, Parbold and Standish.
d Open ringing at St Laurence 2.30pm – 3.30pm.
e Pre-service ringing at 3.30pm for 4pm service.
Tea will be available at St Mary’s Centre, Mount Pleasant Chorley, PR7 2SR following the service at St Laurence Chorley.
Parking in Chorley is free after 1pm

Sunday 14 th June – Quiz
Venue: Bamber Bridge & County Catholic Club. Aspden St. Bamber Bridge, PR5 6TL
Arrival 6.30pm to be ready for a 7pm start
Teams – Ideally four but any number welcome.
Cost – £13.00 per person 
Supper Choices – 
a) Chicken or Tuna Pasta Bake served with Garlic Bread.
b) Vegetable or Beef Lasagne served with Garlic Bread
c) Chilli and Rice served with French Bread
d) Vegetable or Chicken Curry and Rice served with Nan Bread 
e) Choice of two desserts (not required to be pre-ordered).
f) Special dietary requirements catered for if required.

Tickets for the formal dinner on 6 th June are available and are £50 each. Multiple tickets can be bought on your members log-in and these can be found on the “store” tab.  For those members who do not/cannot use electronic payments, please contact the General Secretary Pauline Campling at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and she will organise you ticket purchases on your behalf. Also, any non-resident guests, please use the General Secretary details for booking.
Tickets are also available via your member log-in for pre-payment of a donation for each tower to be visited on 13th June 2026 prior to the Anniversary Service at St Laurence Chorley. Participating towers will each get a share of the total donations received. Costs range from £2.00 for one tower to £12.00 for all towers.
Tickets for tea after the service on 13th June are available at a cost of £10. Multiple tickets can be bought on your member log-in and these can be found on the “store” tab.
