Blackburn Cathedral Ten-bell Practice

 

The ten-bell practices at the Cathedral have been very successful through 2017, with lots of different ringing taking place. This included rounds, called changes, plain hunt, spliced surprise major, Grandsire Caters, Stedman Cather, Plain Bob Royal, Little Bob Royal, Kent TB Royal and then up to Surprise Royal.

The dates for 2018 are as follows:

  • March 10th. 10.45 am to 12.15 pm
  • June 9th. 10.45 am to 12.15 pm
  • September 8th. 10.45 am to 12.15 pm
  • December 8th. 10.45 am to 12.15 pm

The practices are open to anyone that would like to come along and ring on ten. I allow for all levels of experience so that everyone gets a chance to ring. Please feel free to pass on the invitation to anyone that you think would be interested in coming along for the morning.

I would be grateful if you could let me know that you are planning to come along. This is so I can keep you up to date with any changes and so I can make sure we have enough people coming along to the practice.
